who else noticed Gimel President balling out last night for the Texans?
Do we even get to claim him anymore, or does Illinois?
Btw, Corey Grant had a 79 yard TD run in the Jags preseason game against the Pats. Video in the LINK
He had 120 yards on 7 carries. Picking up exactly where he left off last season, in the Jags last game of 2016 against the Colts he had 122 yards on 18 carries including a 57 yard TD.
I hope he gets out of Jacksonville soon. He's proving he can be a legit threat in the NFL, but it'll be hard to get any carries with Fournette and Yeldon in front of him.

The jags have to cut a RB. It'll be Corey, Yeldon, or Chris Ivory.

I've read that chances are it will be Yeldon that is cut.

I'm not sure I thought I read something two weeks ago about Grant being cut but apparently I wasnt reading what I thought I was reading.
According to the jags website depth chart. Ivory is listed ahead of Yeldon and Grant isn't listed as a RB, just as second KR. I think Grant's flexibility will help him land a roster spot.

He had some nice playing time last night. But Yeldon was a first or second round pick for them (can't remember) and they brought in ivory recently. Hope he makes it over them.

I'm hoping Sammie Coates gets cut in Pittsburgh and signs with Carolina. He could be the next Teddy Ginn v2.0. Deep threat only, no hands but stretches TF out of the defense.

I've read a couple of articles that speculate Yeldon might be the odd man out if Grant continues to have a strong showing. Would be delicious.

Fournette and Ivory are both dealing with injuries so Grant's workload is expected to increase this week during Jacksonville's practices. Would be great if he can take advantage of the opportunity

Therezie already got picked up by the Jets

The Cardinals signed Josh on Aug. 5.

Josh Bynes is still relatively anonymous in the Cardinals locker room.
The veteran inside linebacker signed with the team only eight days ago, but with more performances like the one Saturday night, both Bynes’ visibility and his odds to make the team will increase.
"Hell of a game, bro,” said Pro Bowl guard Mike Iupati as he walked past Bynes following the team’s 20-10 win over the Raiders.
While he hasn’t been around long, Bynes, a former starter with the Lions, has made a quick impression. He finished the game with a team-high six tackles, a forced fumble and a half-sack.
