I didn't know the NCAA would respond to OM's defense of the allegations to the NOA. I thought the next step was straight to the COI. Interesting

OM challenged a lot of the violations in the NOA. This will be the NCAAs response to that. From here it goes to the COI to determine the sanctions.

It's the Summary Response. Still have to go before the COI. LOIC has been dropped.
