Make no mistake - the lawsuit has teeth.

Again I ask, How do you know that SA#39s testimony has any holes in it?

Read the OM response. There is an entire section explaining how OM was never allowed to interview #39 and when they asked his college coach, they were denied permission. They claim that they weren't even allowed to sit in on 2 of the 3 interviews.

They admit that #39s testimony regarding Allegation #14 is credible and corroborated by other testimony. So he WAS credible, just not in the case of Mr. Merkels client? Even though Mr. Merkel nor OM ever interviewed #39.

This lawsuit will never darken the door of a courthouse, and everybody with an IQ over room temperature knows it.

Changes to his timeline, changes to how the contact with the booster took place, and changes to how money was given to him. Also, his mom even calls him out on lying about using money for his kid.

Care to make it interesting? My stance is it either makes it to court, or Lewis recants his story and apologies publicly. If that doesn't happen (meaning Terry has the suite withdrawn without any type of settlement), then you win. Otherwise, I win. Permaban bet?
