Leo Lewis is going to hurt their case against Ole Miss.

Nope, nope, nope.

The sin that OM committed was when an Associate AD introduced boosters to a prospective student-athlete.

Ole Miss admitted to this. The booster/student-athlete relationship was bad, but not the deadly sin.

Without beating that entire allegation, CHF has no chance of beating the LOIC. So Ole Miss is fighting the only vulnerable part of the allegation, with the only defense they have - casting doubt on an 18 year olds testimony.

It's a tale told by an idiot; full of sound and fury; signifying nothing

Oh, the lack of institutional control is going to stick. They're just dragging this out to try and fight it as much as they can and to look as innocent as possible while trying. Hell, I don't blame them for trying, but it ain't gonna work out for them. They better hope the ncaa doesn't take this backing hugh freeze as disrespect and another lie by their administration. They will remember it in the penalty phase.

I have to agree. OM is trying to deflect and it is going to blow up in their face. Much like when MS told the NCAA that Cam's daddy was asking for money. Unless they can prove it with a paper trail, nothing will materialize from it. The mother could have been playing OM for more money, my gosh, have they never heard of collective bargaining?
I am so ready for them to just carpet bomb that whole section of the state. Let the Grove be Ground Zero.
