Actually, he shouldn't have played Fournette. He let the inmates run the asylum and paid for it with an embarrassing L.

Auburn is acting like they will be a force to be reckoned with this season. They could easily finish in 4th or 5th in the West.
Alabama fans will be disappointed if they fail to win the West, but seeing as that's the most likely outcome, I doubt they'll be leaving the season calling for Saban's head.
A&M is in the same boat, but I'm not hearing the same ridiculous levels of hype from their side.
Arky finally seems to be settling into their role as just above cellar dweller status.
.500 or above will be seen as success at either Mississippi school since it's a rebuilding year for both.
The same goes for Vandy, Mizzou, and UK.
South Carolina seems to show some promise, but their fan base isn't delusional. If they're competitive, they'll be happy. If not, they won't be suprised or disappointed.
Tennessee went all in last year and came up short. I don't see their fans maintaining that level of optimism this year.
Georgia is quietly being hyped as the second best team in the East, and that division is anyone's game. Like SCar, not a ton of pressure to win this year, but they'll likely be in the race.
Florida is under a ton of pressure this year. Muschamp's players are largely gone from that stud defense. The chipmunk has to own the division or else the tide will turn against him and his seat will grow hotter than the Swamp during a September day game.
LSU is probably the most at risk of a disappointing season because anything short of a victories @ Alabama and Florida and an SEC Title will be considered a disappointment.

Sounds like he didn't have his team focused if you ask me. Fournette played in that game btw.

Alabama fans talking about inmates running the asylum while 3 starters were arrested on gun charges in the same year

That sounded funnier in your head, didn't it?

A&M
I saw an article this morning claiming they could be a surprise college playoff team on ESPN
ESPN cannot wait for this to happen it seems and will do anything they are able to for this to happen

State fans believing they're actually relevant in the SEC is even funnier.

Gotta be the Kevin Sumlin , got all that money and the manzeil miracles.... spent all the money on the facilities and stadium.....
Then finish no better than third in the west since their arrival and average finish is around fourth or fifth...... They will haft to fire Sumlin and start all over ....

It would most certainly be a SURPRISE.

They have $300 million reasons why they want to see A&M fail. I very much doubt ESPN wants A&M in the playoffs.

Secondly, Auburn beat a Les Miles coached team last year Barely
Les Miles was 100 times the coach Ed Ogreman is, was or will ever be.

LSU.
Guice will be the only offense they have this upcoming season.

The only way I can be disappointed is if we find out that we aren't playing this season. Which could happen.
