All waves must travel through a medium so through space what medium do radio waves flow?

Your statement is incorrect. The medium theory was widely accepted at one time but eventually proven untrue. Sound does indeed need a medium. That is why there is no sound in space but waves in the light spectrum such as radio waves move freely through the vacuum of space.

Radio waves are in the same spectrum as visible light. Just has different frequency. Electromagnetic waves don't need medium -- light passes through space, afterall.

Well, all sound really is is vibrations that cillia in your ear are specifically designed to pick up. In space, there is nowhere for these vibrations to travel due to the lack of atmosphere

Electro-magnetic waves covers a full spectrum.
What those waves are depends on the frequency of that wave.
Radio waves are very slow.
Then you get microwaves
Then light
Then infra red
Then x ray
Then gamma ray.

While there's no evidence yet that light waves require a medium, we are starting to see space as something that's jam-packed with yet-to-be-discovered particles. The Higgs boson is the first to be seen and it confirmed that space is filled with the Higgs Field, which assigns mass to particles.
All massless particles, such as photons and neutrinos, must travel at the speed of light. Why is that? Are photons propagating through the Higgs Field in a manner that resists mass being assigned to them? Or are they eventually influenced by the Higgs boson and other soon-to-be-found Higgs particles and become another type of particle?
We're living in a golden age of reductionist knowledge. Soak it up.

Thanks for the quality answer.

From one UGA grad to another, you're entirely welcome. Reductionism is my thing.

no the same thing but reading about sounds made me think of synesthesia. Which is super interesting but hard for me to wrap my brain around

Kentucker is a front account for the last person with any freewill in a dimension of meat puppets with only one super university in which everyone are given matching hair cuts and jumpsuits. He took it upon himself to take in as much information as possible so he had to go to this one university, jawja. He hooked himself up to the overlord's computer and downloaded all the info into his neural chipset
Now he is a shell filled with information on physics that posts here, hoping to finally unlock his mission, but in reality he doesn't know, he just knows he likes physics

Kentucker went to UGA. You're from Indiana. Are there any real Kentuckistanis?

Yes there are. Its not like Australia

That's a relief. Drop bears scare the shite out of me.

They are a scourge and your concern is perfectly well founded.

When Canadian explorers first encountered the danger they quickly developed field equipment to deal with the threat but not before early settlements were cleared out entirely.

Always wear protection.
