Who benefits the most from a post Saban SEC?

Since lots of non-bama fans are waiting/praying for the day Saban leaves. I am curious who is in the best position to capitalize on his departure.
I hope Saban picks a worthy successor (unlike what happened after Bear retired) because the look on other fans would be priceless. On one hand anti-bama fans finally got the coach they have envied and hated for so long out of the way and on the other hand he is replaced by the next legend. I know the odds of someone being better much less as good as Saban is close to impossible but if that were to happen the melt would be epic

finebaum has repeatedly stated that Texas A&M is the best equipped program to dethrone Bama. Dont shoot the messenger of the messenger.

Texas A&M should be, almost unlimited funds and the most fertile recruiting grounds. But not with Sumlin, I don't believe.

Bama made a habit of beating the piss out of LSU and the rest of the ladies in the conference since the conference began, this will not stop with or without Saban

Asking who benefits from Saban retiring is a really broad question.. the guy is only the greatest coach of all time
EVERYONE accept for Bama benefits.. No one is an upgrade from Saban.

Auburn, LSU and every SEC east champion.

Auburn and LSU.
As much as Dabo likes to bring up being a Bama man, I could see him jumping.

He is definitely jumping at the opportunity. He doesn't want to live in the small podunk Clemson town with the poors.

If the majority of NFL related Bama threads and comments from first 2.5 hrs of the draft are any indication, the only answer can be Bama players' draft stocks and NFL careers.

Auburn and LSU would take turns winning the SEC every year, with Ga or Fla getting it once or twice a decade.

their are some myths in this statement...
1)almost unlimited funds-the aggies athletic dept was losing money before their entrance into the SEC and they had to borrow money from the university. their huge increase in revenues (not profits) are from alumni contributions to their facilities, mainly their football stadium.
2)the most fertile recruiting grounds. entering the SEC has not improved the aggies out of state recruiting yet it has improved out of state schools in the SEC recruiting Texas. add to the fact that LSU, Okie, Okie lite, Arkansas, and mizzou skim many in state players every year, they still have to compete with the large number of instate schools playing div 1 ball.
while on the surface what you say appears to be accurate, I don't think it is. I think Auburn, LSU and Georgia will benefit the most from Saban leaving.

Don't underestimate Dabo's love for Alabama. Nor the ever present group of PTB that love to see one of our own at the helm.
