quote:Their conference laws are different than the SEC's. Expansion teams can be voted out but founding programs can only leave under their own terms.
Temple was kicked out of the Big east and Marshall was kicked out of the MAC over penalties. Don't think for a second a conference won't remove a problem child.
Plus anyone that thinks the SEC would kick out a program that has been with the conference since it's beginning over 80 years ago is delusional.

Your only rebuttal is a downvote?
And the original link was from xos digital who used to represent the SEC. If you want conformation you can take the time to look it up on SEC website. For now what I posted looks legit so I will stand behind that.

Not sure where I heard charter members could not be kicked out, but it appears I may have been wrong.
Still, anyone that thinks a charter member is going to get kicked out because one sport is getting punished is delusional.

It's actually a ring of three sports cheating, but there is no way in hell Ole Miss gets the boot. None.

The SEC may not be given a choice. The NCAA will eventually start asking why all these red flags weren't looked in to. Why they have a protocol of reporting concerns to them instead of the NCAA. OM is a little fish in a tank with one alpha great white and a bunch of beta sand sharks. Their conference contribution would not be missed.

If a 3rd NOA comes out and OM gets repeat offender status.. there is a very real chance they could get kicked out of the SEC with a death penalty.

I think there might be a good number of pretty high profile schools who would entertain the idea of filling in a vacant spot in the SEC. Wouldn't be hard for the conference to make that transition. Ideally I would love the idea of one SEC school in Mississippi. Though, unfortunately, Ole Miss isnt going anywhere.

You probably called bullshite on everything that came out in the beginning. Remember when it had nothing to do with football outside of Houston Nut?

Why would 2/3's of the schools consider voting us out? Try to ignore the fact that you're an MSU fan when you think about it.
