The infrastructure at the university is already largely in place. The private sector is housing most of them, which is obvious when you drive around Fayetteville and see the big apartment blocks that have sprung up in recent years.
As an alum and current parent of a soon to be grad student at UA, I've seen no drawbacks with the enrollment growth and overall campus growth.
