Time for guys like Hand and Evans to step up.

I'd like Minkah to stay at safety. His speed and athleticism is great for playing deep and covering the middle of the field. I doubt it, but I really hope Minkah returns for his senior season. Guy has been one of my favorite playmakers since day 1.

Dark horse pick for WR is Derek Kief.

For me it's offensive guards, Linebackers, Rob Foster and the Receiver rotation.

Let's not forget about our kicker situation.

So Foster is sticking around for sure? Evidently so.

As always, I'll be keeping an eye on the offensive line. I hope you're right that someone in the secondary emerges the way Averett did. By the end of the season in particular he was playing some high quality ball.

We worked a lot more on the running game and Cotton played at RT. Jacobs with a couple of long runs and Najee continued to show why he was the overall #1 prospect on scout.

Secondary having a tough time with our receivers. Tony Brown has become a vocal leader on defense. The young guys still struggle with missed assignments.

Linebackers looking elite. Saban was really pleased with the second team guys in the front seven. Moses is earning a significant role.

I was told that the 3 most imposing freshmen early enrollees are Najee, Robinson and of course Moses.

Saban said Buggs was improving every day but he needs to play his assignment. He is still trying to make the play himself rather than doing his job. Said he needs to make the play while in proper position.
