How many can we have on scholarship?
Posted on 3/17/17 at 11:03 am to OldPete
13 I think. Which means one player (probably Austin) will have to transfer.
Posted on 3/17/17 at 11:23 am to TomRollTideRitter
We're going to have more young talent on this team than we've had in quite awhile. Very much looking forward to next season.
Posted on 3/17/17 at 11:29 am to TomRollTideRitter
I didn't realize that Austin was damn near exactly the same size as Dazon.

I know people keep saying we're gonna struggle a little bc these guys will be young, and they're probably right, but it won't be worse than this year. These guys can shoot, they won't be missing wide open shots and playing with low basketball IQ. That's some of the main problems we had this past season that held us back.

I'm not sure my link for the all star game is right because it says it's BTW vs BTW. I think it is though. I think the only reason it lists Booker T. Washington is because the game is in Montgomery. The game is somewhere on that site if my link isn't exactly right.
I doubt anyone will want to pay the subscription anyways. I'm not going to.

Yeah I'm not paying to watch that. Maybe it'll be on the radio or something. If not, I'll just follow along on twitter

I thought Austin was going to make it here. He's a good athlete and was rated better than Dazon coming out.

This link is supposed to have the radio call for tonight's Bama-Miss All Star Game. ? LINK ?

Reese didn't start, but he's already set to come in. Herb Jones and Galin Smith did start. Herb already has a dunk, and he's handling the ball for team Alabama.
Posted on 3/17/17 at 7:23 pm to TomRollTideRitter
Herb is a bit of a sleeper. I have high expectations for him
Posted on 3/17/17 at 7:24 pm to TomRollTideRitter
Yeah I'm listening to it as well. That link DOES work btw. They've already mentioned Avery's recruiting class twice. I love it.
Posted on 3/17/17 at 7:29 pm to Bamafan15
Yeah I've listened to a bit. The announcers were raving about Herb's defense and length. It's a great sign for us that they're having him handling the ball too.

He just dunked again. Herb is playing the best out of our 3 guys. Alex is second. Galin hasn't done much it doesn't sound like. But he's a big man and they don't get a lot of praise anyways so u never know how good he's really doing
Posted on 3/17/17 at 7:38 pm to Bamafan15
Galin is pretty raw I think. I couldn't even find highlights of him on YouTube for the OP, but he has great size.
