I've done that many times before. Why can't Christians understand that to some of us, simply answering a question with "because god" isn't good enough. Answering a question with "because god" is just a simple way of saying "this subject is beyond my understanding and comprehension".

There are many things that people once thought were the actions by gods that we now have scientific explanations for. Take lightning for example. The Greeks though it was Zeus being angry. We now understand that it's an electrical discharge caused by a build up of positive charged particles in the atmosphere and negative charged particles on the ground (static).

If it were not for people who decided that the Zeus answer to lighting wasn't good enough, we would not understand the truth about it today and still believe it to be an angry god.

It wasn't directed at you. The guy asked a couple of questions. I don't debate religion with people like you. It's a waste of time. There are plenty others out there that want to learn more. You are set in your opinions and that's fine.

The problem in our society today is that there's a movement to kick Christianity to the curb. Progressive liberals realize that it is a detriment to their agenda and want it destroyed. Christian moral values aren't welcomed under their tent.

No no... I'm set in facts. The tangible. The testable. Things that can be measured and re measured. That's why I chose to get degrees in physics and biology and not mythology.
