Probably the worst facilities in the conference, no real history to speak of, basically zero atmosphere, inconsistent fan support, and no tangible demonstration of a real desire to improve. Basketball players typically don't care about staying in state. They've played travel ball all over the country their whole lives.
I know people don't want to hear that, but that's the reality of the UGA job. That stuff is especially problematic with UGA located on the doorstep of the ACC.
