I've heard the chicken at Chick-fil-A is soaked in dill pickle juice as well.

Pressure cookers are their secret. That and the batter is pretty good.

Trust me...if they soaked them in pickle juice I'd know it.

Not true. Worked there in high school. Battered fresh every day, peanut oil and a pressure cooker that only cooks chicken. That's the ticket.

Not the regular chicken. They marinate their chargrill, spicy and chicken strips, but I'm not sure about the pickle juice.

I do know for a fact that MSG is in just about every product they sell. The breading that goes on the chicken, the milk wash that you dip the chicken into, the salad dressings, pretty much everything other than the fresh fruits and vegetables. Take the MSG out and I'm positive the chicken won't taste as good.

the strips are...sandwiches and nuggets are not

ETA:I worked at the two CFAs in Douglasville in the late nineties...Fairburn Rd and HWY 5
