Honest questions about Hugh Freeze.

Is he a cheat or just that inexperienced as a head coach? Most head football coaches had more experience coaching college football and have more experience in how to run a program. Hugh worked his way up from a high school coach and while he knows the x's and o's I believe he is pretty inexperienced in the management of a program. Did he put to much too much trust in his assistants? Did the University take advantage of his inexperience? Bjork should have realized his weakness was little experience running a program and put checks in place to assist Hugh so he could focus on preparing his players. I know this is rough for Ole Miss fans but I can't help but think that this is going to end up being a great case study for sports management. I'm a State fan and I sincerely think Hugh tries to be a good person and tries to be a positive roll model for his players. Should make for an interesting book one day.

TL,DR. He's a shitty coach that let the boosters run rampant. His hypocritical arse will get the dick of death from the NCAA.

I think he was too inexperienced when he got the job. Although he has been pretty successful at everything he has done and everywhere he has been, including Ole Miss.
Just probably too inexperienced for the SEC. He popped off on twitter after the 2013 class, rookie move. Got in big argument with an NCAA investigator early on. Probably should have fired assistants early on.
No doubt a great coach who has probably learned a lot recently. Hoping he makes it thru this.

Are you the last school punished by the NCAA and for a booster buying a kid? Hasn't Freeze beaten Mullen more than the other way around? Isn't your school the school that the one pay for play ALLEGATION athlete ended up at? If I was a member of another team in the sec I'd laugh at OM's butt fricking that is coming but I'd do it in a more factual and less hypocritical way

Yeah, ask Gene Stallings how well getting into a pissing contest with an NCAA investigator worked out for him

This is really not his fault. Boosters were already foaming at the mouth and not even Saban could have contained them

Freeze and Bjork are close. Always in each other's office -- everything Freeze does is passed through Bjork.

We let Ole Miss pay our players. No risk on our end, and our players pockets are still full. Best of both worlds.
Thanks Ole Miss, I've truly never seen such a generous bunch.
