At this point, I think I will read Mbutterfly's comments and feel fairly certain he is closer to the situation than you guys.

Every coaching staff in the country has ties to other schools and coaching staffs. Look at how many coaches move around on SEC staffs. Freeze learned a lot from coach O about recruiting. Coach O is currently a SEC head coach. If Ole Miss was cheating at the levels people insisted they did then why did they only sign two top 10 classes in the Freeze era.

He has yet to post any sort of specific information. Everything he posts is incredibly vague and allows him an out of nothing happens. Your problem is that you've fallen into his countless "I told you so" threads where he refuses to provide any of his old posts that actually reference anything related to the topic at hand.
Also, my understanding is that this is an amended NOA and not a second, separate one.
