And you are assuming a lot of stuff is in the NOA that's may not be. Tunsil getting money is probably not in the NOA. That is a huge part of this case.

At this point, I think I will read Mbutterfly's comments and feel fairly certain he is closer to the situation than you guys.

We are all going to get more acquainted with the NCAA hierarchy of offenses and their punishment structure.

OM fans have taken solace in the fact that no "smoking gun" has been revealed relating to pay-for-play. But, pay-for-play is no more egregious than many other infractions in the NCAAs eyes. Unfortunately for OM, one of the things the NCAA deems most punishment-worthy is illegal contact/ recruitment. Example: A Head Coach involving a booster in the recruitment of a student-athlete. Now, imagine if there was documentation of that head coach actually being in the same room with a recruit and a booster. Man, that punishment could get medieval

Wait... What??

So it's a huge part of the case(and it actually isn't) and he is on record stating he was paid, but na..... It's not part of the NOA?
