Probably about 50/50 Payne comes back. Isn't listed on a lot of 1st round mock boards.

Payne is a 2nd or 3rd rounder and will likely jump to the NFL. DT are usually not 1st rounders unless they are dominant. See Reed and Robinson a few years ago.
