Hmmmm...well, it better work out. Odom hasn't built up quite enough equity to be hiring family members.
That being said, I remember when Pinkel hired Grinch and everyone was up in arms. He turned out to be a great coach.

I like the multiple front approach but I am not a big fan of this hire as it puts the entire secondary on one coach.

I'm a little surprised that we didn't hire a dedicated ST coach.
I know nothing about him, so I'm not really bitching but when you hire your brother you better make sure it works out.

This will be his brother's first job as an active recruiter and that makes him a very underwhelming choice IMO.
It will probably work out but that and Walter coaching all 4/5 secondary slots is concerning. His position group was a mess last year and now his attention will be divided.
