OU is 4-0 vs SEC since 2013 WITH the Big 12 defense.

2017 #7 Oklahoma (10-2, 9-0) beat #17 Auburn (8-4, 5-3) | OU win expected
2016 #4 Oklahoma (11-1, 8-1) beat #23 Tennessee (8-4, 5-3) | OU win expected
2015 #18 Oklahoma (8-4, 5-4) beat NR Tennessee (7-5, 3-5) | OU win expected
2014 #6 Oklahoma (10-2, 7-2) beat #3 Alabama (11-1, 7-1) | OU win not unexpected
Iron Bowl loss that year took the steam out of the Tide (the infamous "Kick Six" game)
2013 #12 Oklahoma (10-2, 8-1) lost to #10 Texas A&M (10-2, 6-2) | OU win not expected but beaten badly

Before that you have to back to the 2008 season and the loss to Florida

Not sure this argument holds water. While I will give the Sooners full credit for being a legit football team and having a history of scheduling well for non conference games I do not agree they would suddenly be the SEC leaders if they were in conference.

Your argument is similar to those made by Free Shoes and Tater fans who coast through the ACC season with few challenges then look good in the post season and crow about how well they would do in the SEC. Problem is they are not playing the SEC schedule and while they would still do well, an extra loss or two each and every season would not exactly be putting them in the same post season bowls they now enjoy.

Imagine this is your SEC schedule
Game 01 = Marquee season opener in Chick Fil A, JerryWorld, Houston, etc
Game 02 = G5 game (probably a Texas school)
Game 03 = SEC East game
Game 04 = Texas A&M
Game 05 = Alabama
Game 06 = Auburn
Game 07 = LSU
Game 08 = State
Game 09 = Ole Miss
Game 10 = Arkansas
Game 11 = Bedlam
Game 12 = Red River Shootout

You could move RRR Shootout to a season opening game, replace Game 11 with an FCS school, and put Bedlam at the end, but not much easier than that.

If you disagree, make a legit argument

The legit argument has been made. The question is if you are a reasonable fan of football or are to filled with Sooner KoolAid to accept the reality presented. It is like all the B1G folks who frequent this site and never admit how easy most B1G regular season schedules are. Like this year the bowls help set the narrative straight. SEC (especially "the six") are still winning most of their bowls and the CC has done well lately. They have probably moved to the #2 spot once Nebraska sent the B12 into a tailspin.

You fail to understand what the Red River game is tied directly to.

The State of Texas isn't moving its State Fair to Labor Day weekend.

None of this happens in a Vacuum, in fact OU added to a version of the SEC West would make it harder for all involved, OU, Alabama and LSU. But be clear, OU would be in the mix more often than not. But this rubs both ways, right now OU HAS to be perfect, but with eSECpn Hype they would get the benefit of the doubt with a few losses, justified or not.
All of this being said, it is going to be difficult for OU to go anywhere and keep its very lucrative relationship with Texas and avoid State Politics from a break with Okie Light. I agree with you that OU is on a collision course with disaster, trying to play both sides against the middle. It will be interesting to see if OU lands on its feet, I think it will, but it may be painful.
