...are looking at their transfer options? This has to be the most un-fun season they could imagine. And the next few years ain't looking to be much better.

I thought going into this season that the next coach would have a solid team to build around. Not going to happen if players leave.

The role players are here now, the new coach just has to get some go to players.

A good coach can do this... I think a good hire, and there's a chance we keep some of these transfers.

Curious what your read is, on Sterk leaving before the end of game?

I think he was just tired of seeing KA get out coached in every facet of the game........ Like every other game.

Beat the traffic

Had to piss really bad

Avoid answering questions about KA's future

Saw enough crappy play whatever the outcome

Needed a few drinks of Canadian Club...straight.

Had to call the boosters and ask for $4million/yr to get a coach to clean up this shite show

At this point, what do we gain, by keeping KA?

I can see absolutely no upside in keeping him.

The drumbeat grows louder.

Kim is making this easy on Sterk, really.

If he'd coasted through the non-con and we were even 8-4 and ended up 12 and whatever, Sterk would have a mildly more difficult decision. But this isn't continuing longer than this season.

My fear is, the longer the season continues with KA at the helm, the more transfers we see.

It honestly doesn't matter.
There's no one on this team that's irreplaceable. Jackson was a mid-major talent. Hughes is a mediocre high major player at his full potential.

As much as it might be painful in the interim, transfers may make the next coach's job easier. The worst part will be the ones who stay.

Yea there's no one on the current team that is an amazing talent.
The next coach needs to upgrade the talent.

There are a few here now that we like. I also don't think most are being used correctly.

Exactly.

As far as the next coach goes...... I'm still on the Keatts bandwagon.

I have about 15-20 coaches that I would consider for the job, Keatts is pretty high on it.
