I'm pretty sure there's more than one year of film on Paul Johnson at Tech but someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

That's true, but doesn't explain how Smart would "know it was coming" and choose to "rep it hard all week."

Yea, coaches always look at film from 3 years ago, find a random play that never gets used, and then make absolutely sure that one play is studied in depth on the off chance it might finally get used due to it being so tough.
