He had kirby for like 12 or 15 years total at various stops, hes had burton burns, best rb coach in college football, for his whole tenure at bama when tons of programs would love to snap him up. People come back to work for him multiple times who have moved on to other places. I think of your head coach is not a demanding perfectionist you probably are not going to be winning championships
