If he lands at another SEC school, my guess would be Tennessee after Butch is fired next season.
Les is a very good coach however, he was losing his effectiveness at LSU. Steve Spurrier did the same thing at UF.
Anybody who knows anything about organizational management realizes that a CEO can only be effective for about 10 years max. after that, it becomes stale and ineffective. The same goes for football coaches. It doesn't mean they are no longer good at what they do. It just means that a new vision is needed.
