The state felt it needed a world class university

A&M was a vocational university
Pretty much still is
UT produces more research in a week than A&M conducts all year

Delusional thinking was what A&M had during the 100 year decision

Also, TAMU is world class. Everyone who went to college knows this.

I really believe that The Major and gravy are one and the same.

A&M does not produce people who are capable of abstract thought
I wonder how many lawyers or scholars in any of the humanities or social sciences attended A&M compared to UT

A&M has recruited well at every position except for linebacker and they look like they are starting to turn it around this year.
Hopefully, Jim & David Turner will start to fix the trenches in year 2. It will be interesting to see the evolution of the offense in year 2 as well.

And, apparently, Texas doesn't attract people who can form an independent thought. Your words.
Also, texas apparently doesn't produce people who can answer very simple questions. To wit:
When did you attend texas? What was your field of study?

A&M graduates are superior to tu grads in every measurable way.

Not that TheMajor would know anything about this, of course.

Just because you write something it does not change the reality of the situation

For you to think that is an insult
