Never understood why LSU didn't go after him harder. He's a great player and would have been a great fit. Good get for the Aggies!

Chief is the reason he committed to A&M....( his words) 3rd 4 star LB we've gotten this yr,. So if we do that for like 4-5 more years and add in a 5*, we could be at Bama's or LSU's level of LB recruiting....kinda depressing.

He is the highest ranked linebacker commit we have gotten in about 12 years. Just a tackling machine, great all around skills. Immediate starter? Probably not but he will play early and often, no doubt.
