This is my mentality right now as well, but that just makes me more pissed that we are still going along with it no questions asked. Surely these "top lawyers" would be able to read between the lines with their extensive experience in NCAA cases and know when the NCAA has switch from evidence gathering stage to the "oh shite it's not as bad as we wanted it to be let's see what else we can find" stage.

shite I'd like for this to be the case, but I'm just not ready to buy in totally just yet.
