Isn't he like 6'6 and is a power lifter?

6'2'' 210 lbs (Wilson is 5'11'' 215 lbs)

And yea he's already one of the strongest non linemen on the team in his lower body.

If he's listed as 6'2, he's probably 6'1. But yeah, he's a Texas state champion power lifter. There's a reason he breaks through tackles, instead of just juking or taking a dive. His lower body is more like a running back than most DT QBs.

He's obviously bright enough to have learned enough of the offense to win the job. His dad being a coaching, he probably watched game film as a kid instead of cartoons. Saban loves students of the game. But coming from high school, you can tell moments where the game is moving to fast, and he looked to dump it and misses the wide open TD to the deep man.

He's got a lot more to learn, and skills to develop. But I haven't seen anything that tells me he won't develop. I'd be surprised if he didn't become a very good college QB. Whether he'll get his accuracy and timing down enough to become an NFL, is way too early to tell.

6'2 is plenty tall to play qb in the NFL IMO
