Yea, but you can't un-see the fact that LSU actually made the play to win the game on the road. Birmingham changed the score but the play still happened and everyone including the committee saw it.

I actually believe the committee will move LSU ahead of Auburn, but it won't be for that reason. You'd have to forget that Auburn won that game in every conceivable way except in the red zone also. I saw that with my own eyes.

In the end it is simple perception. Without its offensive weapons Auburn is perceived as impotent right now while LSU has the perception of being better than earlier in the year. I expect Auburn to be in the 23-25 range this week and LSU to be in the 21-22 range.

You know what I remember the most about that play? I remember the clock reading zeroes with the ball still in LSU's center's hand.
