At this point, I'm done melting. Bert is sticking around because of his huge buyout, so to me, there is no point being in a continuous rage for three consecutive years. So I'm going to sit back with arms folded and wait him out. Hopefully he's smart enough to use this extra time to right the ship. If he hasn't fixed anything by the time his buyout amount drops, give him the boot. While it's going to be shitty to sit around and watch us suck, if he hasn't righted the ship by then, it means that he wasn't able to get it done in 6 years. That's VERY generous by Power 5 standards, and won't scare off any potential candidates.
