Keep Sumlin and hire Strong for pennies on the dollar as a non-coaching staff member with Briles and whoever else wants to leave the Sip and BU program, because A&M could pay them all $1 if they wanted too. Bama is paying Sarkisian $35K this season.

Start building a portfolio of coaches that can step in when another guy is faltering and that can recruit the state. Bama has 21 non coaching staff. They probably would even have to do a HC search when Saban decides to leave.
