I've said this before with lots of links but high running qbs fumble the ball more than pocket qbs. It's a pattern stretching over years. Look at Desean Watson he has almost twice as many as Hurts, would you consider him elite?

DeShaun Watson has 6 fumbles with 2 lost in 3 years.
Nick Fitzgerald has 6 with 3 lost in 2 years.
