I actually found a team with more YPC than LSU. New Mexico is averaging 6.87.

People keep saying LSU is going to expose Hurts as a passer............that's like saying somebody is going to expose Navy's QB as a passer. If we have to drop back and throw the ball 30 times a game because we can't get any traction running, we are going to lose. However, we will still keep trying to run the ball (even if Lane has half a quarter where he forgets). We run a shotgun veer offense and throw off of misdirection. We aren't a pocket passing play action team. Saying you will expose our pass is almost like saying somebody is going to expose Texas Tech's run game (obviously not quite that extreme).

Jalen ain't gonna win this game flickin the ball around the field. If somehow he is forced to, we will probably lose.

What game is that in your signature? I'm assuming it's from an Alabama/Miss. State game. What year?

The mid-field logo looks like Florida's.

You're right. It looks like a Gator at midfield to me. I was confused by the quote: We've got a great one from Starkville.

No, just made up to make fun of Jefferson Pilot's wide array of Kentucky-Mississippi State games and how they used to try to get everyone excited for them.

Didn't even notice the quote

I can hear that sentence by Dave Neal so clearly in my head though.

So nostalgic. Takes me back to my childhood living room on Saturday morning/afternoon, with dad on the couch cracking open a natural light

Tim Brando hosting the pregame show, 2 cameras, all those horrible sponsors.

I miss it.

Ok, I said minor because it is the rant, and felt the normal attacks would ensue. I know your interior DL is an issue. You just happen to have two premiere LB's cleaning up their mistakes.

It's why LSU doesn't have too many TFL's, but is still solid against the run. That and Adams is great around the LOS.

I can honestly say idk what what will happen. I think its pretty funny that most Bama fans are predicting a blowout though. When is the last time Bama blew us out in Tiger stadium? It just don't happen. With that being said, I think Bama is by far the best team in the nation and should win the game, but you can NEVER count out the Tigers in Death Valley under the lights!
We all have idiot fans, and any Bama fan predicting a Bama blowout in BR are doing nothing more than trolling/baiting LSU fans. We all know this will be a very physical, hard hitting battle in the trenches. It will be a close game just like always.

I miss those days. I'm glad we can see every game now, but I can't stand what ESPN has done to college football.

I believe it was a JP broadcast that fateful day in Lexington in 2002. Jack Hunt!! Jack Hunt!! I do not believe it!!

Everything is so uniform and buttoned up now, like the NFL.

I miss the SEC being more regional, from coaches and players to TV and Radio.
