The kiddies can ride, but the Foley Gators are still sheltered?

They clearly mis judged the storm, but the parks are designed to handle closings and re-openings very quickly.
They are 2 completely different types of events, once it was cancelled there was no going back.
The parks are dependent on emergency (public service) staff. i.e.. Police, Fire, & EMT. They have their own staff.
I know everyone is pissed , but these decisions are hard. Its easy to sit behind a computer and judge ; when you don't have to make decisions for millions of people.

Let's be honest. Foley played Greg Sankey like a drum. He strung it out and guided Sankey right to the decision he wanted.
Florida wants this game canceled. They know LSU will wax their arse and eliminate any chance of playing in the SECCG.

The benefits of having Foley as AD is in situations like this. LSU had no chance with an AD who couldn't even handle a fake rape at Duke.

Absolutely. Pathetic show of sportsmanship. Florida dodged a better football team. I am tired of reading all the bitching from tiger fans but I would do the same if Tennessee etc. skipped out on our game. frick Florida.

Butch Jones thinks they lose the next two based off those comments he made publicly.

Yup. It's always easier to backseat drive when you're the one not making the decision.
With that, though, UF mishandled the entire situation from the start. It started when McElwain flat out refused to move the game earlier in the week IMO.

Everyone agrees with their decision to not have played today. But for Foley to turn down LSU's proposal for Sunday or Monday is inexcusable.
