At least recently, ours has to be Daniel Carlson. According to an NBCSports radio interview he grew up in a big Alabama family - his dad played tennis at Bama, and his mom and grandparents went there as well.

Gotta think he might be our most valuable player as long as these red zone issue keep on. I'd be shocked if he didn't wind up with the Groza Award.

Manning and Williams are the obvious answers for Tennessee.

But, we got another one committed right now that may be a diamond. Baby Biscuit

Ryan Tannehill grew up a Tech fan and wanted to go to Tech where his father played QB.

Based on the OP's criteria, from the current Freshman class, Jonah Williams (his mother graduated from Auburn and father from Georgia) and Trevon Diggs (big bro Stefon played at Maryland) come to mind.

Peyton never really had any intentions of going to Ole Miss so stolen is not really the proper description.

One for UT that I can think of from around her was Will Overstreet from Prep. Played on the national championship team. Deep rooted Ole Miss family (kin to the Barksdales somehow, I think).

One for Ole Miss is Bill Flowers, son of Richmond Flowers star at UT.

Off the top of my head, I can't think of any for State.

Oh yes he did, before Cooper's career ended because of Spinal Stenosis, he was a Rebal all the way.

He was not going to play for Billy Brewer. Had Cooper been there, probably.
