He's been posting these threads for a month now. It's pretty obvious it's just for shits and giggles and that he doesn't actually believe the things he is saying.

I for one have enjoyed his good-natured trolling.

Again, no it wouldn't.

LSU fans are the only ones that think LSU is any better than just ok.

I think it would surprise most football fans if y'all beat us. But anyway, we'll see how it all shakes out from here. I just think it's odd to have a thread talking shite to the most talented team you will face all year. Not that you started it.

again yes it would. if Missouri beat LSU in tiger stadium, the storyline would be that Missouri had won in a major upset. Only Missouri fans would believe otherwise. That is unless LSU gets blown out by Auburn prior. I don't think you're self-aware enough to know how terrible Missouri is and has been. Missouri went 1-7 in the SEC last year and aren't off to a stellar start this year. This isn;t about LSU fans thinking LSU is better than they are. This is LSU fans, and everyone else, thinking Missouri is terrible.

If Mizzou pulls off the upset...what will be the excuse?

Of course it would be billed as a major upset but that's because most outsiders don't know anything besides the name on the front of the jersey.

I was referring more to the fans on this board who have a better grasp of what teams actually are. Now, most would pick you to win but wouldn't be surprised if we beat you. You'd be trolled incessantly of course, but that's not the same thing.

FWIW, as a neutral observer, I agree with this.

1. They beat themselves.
2. Miles.
3. Officials.

I don't think we'll win. But it wouldn't be a shocking upset to me if we did. We are further along than I expected us to be. Just young. We will probably use a similar game plan to the one we had last night - focus on stopping the run and forcing their QB to win it through the air. You never know what can happen.

It's you referencing some goofy arse polls in week 3 (which you've dropped in btw) that still are taking into account preseason bias.
