He's said plenty of times the freshman should be able to play this year a lot. Hell didn't kyle just start practicing? Why would he start vs clemson?

And why would Smith not start?

I expect to see Craig-Meyers do something to earn his stars and he could go gonzo. Jason Smith will be that solid short yardage guy and he will break out along the way and make them respect him.

I think the keys to this year being special will be 2 freshmen in NCM at WR and Miller at RB. They have the opportunity and they look like they have that talent level.

It's a fair point but didn't he practice this spring? Obviously not as much preparation as we would like for a true freshman but spring ball combined with one or two weeks of fall practice could possibly be enough.
