Honestly, it seems to depend on the city.
Kohl's in Kansas City wasn't bad at all. Not a fan of the ones here in SA.
Of course, I'm also pretty easy to please when it comes to shopping

Seriously, I still make others do my Christmas purchases. My rule is just tell me what is in the box/bag, so I am not as surprised as they are when they open it.
If it is something I need for myself, I go to the closest retailer; look at color, then size, and if I like said item I purchase it.
