Knows what he is doing. As most of you know, I'm no homer, or a sunshine pumper. But watching these interviews with players leads me to believe we may actually have something really good in store for us this year.

Agree, disagree, don't really know.....

What is your unbiased opinion?

I have to agree with you on this.

I have actually found myself watching more interviews this year than the past 10 years combined. I will say I really like all of TRobs interviews. He comes across as a no nonsense straight to the point kind of guy. Reminds me of some of my former coaches.

I admit I have been watching the practice interviews a lot recently as well. I think WM brought a new energy to this program and it would appear the players are buying in. That part is integral to the success of the team.

In that Gamecock Confidential video series, AD Tanner said that the players #1 request for a new HC (during the search last year) was to get a HC with high energy. Tanner absolutely achieved that with Muschamp.

without bashing our winningest coach of all time and his apathetic staff the past 2 seasons, I couldn't be more pleased with what Muschamp has done for a program that was in dire need of energy, determination, organization, discipline, recruiting, conditioning - and lastly...a staff giving max effort and demanding it in return from the players.

HOLY SHITE... I've been racking my brain for days trying to figure out who Orth reminded me of. It's definitely Matt Saracen... for some reason his name was right there on the tip of my tongue haha..

Can he be a manager? He's a great recruiter, and he works his arse off. That is a gale-force rush of fresh air. But can he outcoach someone on game day, or has he hired people who can? A cheerleader can only get you so far. That's where I'm not sold, and won't be until after the season.

I'm warming up to it more than after the search. That was a PR disaster, and it made everyone look like garbage.

I'm cautiously optimistic. But it hinges on his ability to actually be a head coach, and not just a recruiter.
