Seems like the christian god allowed abortions to pass, so why can't you guys be happy with it? Gods will > your simple minds.
You think you're trolling or being cute and insulting believers, but in fact you are right that God allowed it to happen and that should terrify you. The scriptures are filled with examples where God has allowed people to reap the rewards of their sinful ways and it always ends the same way- with great pain and suffering.
Those murdered children are safe in the arms of God. We're the ones that are dealing with the constant devaluing of human life that has been spawned by that decision.

Roe V Wade is the easy answer here.

Are you surprised at the outcome of your informal survey? What were your own biases telling you?
A little surprised it is so lopsided.
When I think about my own biases, I guess I assumed gay marriage would be more contentious, but that bias comes from the fact that RvW has been law my entire life, while gay marriage is recent.

Abortion is murder.
54+ Million babies...shite is wrong and we will be scarred forever by history.

Keep both. Population needs a check.

No, that is nonsense you've been feed.
Every single human on earth could fit on the island of Honolulu.

All lives are important.

I won't pick on you because you think Honolulu is an island. However, I will challenge your contention that human population doesn't need to be controlled.
It isn't the sheer number of humans on the planet that is the main problem. It's our use of resources and our activities that affect the environment.
We have to eat and drink, we need shelter and recreation. We are transforming the planet and eliminating habitats for other species.
In fact, so many species are disappearing that environmental scientists are calling the current period, the Anthropocene, the sixth great extinction of life on earth.

I guess I should have said within the city limits of Honolulu on the island of Ohau.
But you knew what I meant.
You scientist types want it both ways, destroy religion but worship Mans ideas. Either it's survival of the fitest or not... But you worship the creation and not The Creator so you get some bastardization of organisms needing intelligent design to provide an incubated sanctuary.
Scientist are all like global climant warming change etc!!!!
Ever grown crops under a 2 mile ice sheet?

Scientists aren't interested in destroying religion. Science is merely interested in how we came to be. If you religious types could limit your interests to why we came to be then science and religion would coexist peacefully.

That doesn't make sense, and you are the problem.
No idea where your intrinsic value comes from. No idea how society should be structured. Can't ascertain the motivation of your enemies.
You can't academia your way out of a sonewhat dull knife or a 7.62 X 39.

I'm really trying to be as neutral as possible, but I don't understand this at all. Science doesn't have an ulterior motive against religion, it just does what it can using a standard method of measurement. If people writing a book thousands of years ago and got some ideas about biology and cosmology wrong, that's not really sciences fault right?
