Why isn't Bowling Green blocking the transfer of the WR?
Smith has plenty of options to play elsewhere, he just wants to play for Kirby. Hell, Kirby wouldn't allow a UGA kid to transfer to Miami to play for Richt so I'm sure Kirby understands the situation.
