Out of everyone listed, Marshall is least likely to emerge but giving the running back situation right now in WAS, I think he has a very good shot to prove himself this season. I really believe if he can get some meaningful snaps, he will show his worth. Plus M Jones is dubbed the starter, but has major fumbling issues.
I think S Michel is very underrated by UGA fans. I've heard many say he can't carry the load, but he proved it last year with many games(7) over 20+ carries. Plus he is always a threat as a receiver and kick returner. He has great quickness and explosion, although he may lack elite top end speed, and great hands. He can make people miss and even shows some good pop, but is not elite like Chubb/Gurley. Even in the Bama game, Sony was our best back that day. Other than a busted play where Chubb had a wide open field (no knock on chubb), Sony was getting more consistent gains.
I think his game translates well to the NFL. Hell if Crowell is able to be the starter in the NFL, then Michel definitely can do it, and K Marshall as well. At 5'11 and 212 lbs, Michel definitely has the size to play RB in the NFL, plus one would think he would add more muscle as well.

tough to say. Fournette is better than Hurd, but Kamara is better than Guice. Kind of balances out.

1a. Run DMC and Felix
1b. Cadillac and Ronnie Brown
You should be banned for having LF7 and Guice up there with that list of great players.

I would put Marshall a level below Crowell. I would not be surprised if he doesn't make the final cuts. He doesn't have nfl balance or vision.

My gut is with Cadillac/Ronnie, but Gurley/Chubb is a stout combo. If Gurley would not have been nicked up so much, he could have been the best Georgia ever had. He was single-handedly destroying AU before he got hurt in that game. We had absolutely no answer for him.

In my mind he is without question our 2nd best RB ever.
And honestly, no matter what happens, idk if anyone will ever or could ever overtake herschel for #1.

What about these stats?
472 carries
2627 yards
5.6 YPC
29 TD's
These are pretty good as well. But no mention of them because it was primarily one guy. Henry and Drake.

Meh, they were drafted on potential which they clearly didn't live up to. They were good in college but nowhere near as good as these other guys and it's not even close

That 5.6 stands out.

Yet it was Chubb who was out producing him in that game. Both had heisman potential.

1. DMac/Jones
2. Cadillac/Brown
3. Gurley/Chubb
4. Ingram/Richardson
5. Yeldon/Lacey
Fournette/Guice could ultimately be in the discussion, but I'd wait till after this season to evaluate 'em...don't see how you could put 'em at #2 based on potential seeing as Fournette had 4 times the production of Guice...think they'll be much more of a duo this year as opposed to last. With another solid year, Hurd/Kamara could be in the conversation as well...as could Chubb/Michel if both progress well in coming back from their injuries...

LSU fans want to include lf/guice even though like 90% of their combined totals are from LF

you obviously know WAY more about them than I do, but I don't really see that. From my memory, DMac was like a Gurley that could stiff arm you, juke you, or just run really fast past everyone. Could basically do everything possible. Felix was more like the make one cut and turn on the jets. Almost like a souped up version of keith marshall.
What I meant by that is that they were both kinda turn-and-burn runners. Felix had a little more juke in his step, but they both had a tendency to just outrun everyone on the field. McFadden was even moreso a one cut north-south guy, and if you got in his way he may bounce your face off the turf. Both guys were absolute monsters. The backup guy (Jones) averaged over 6 ypc over the course of his entire career. Crazy numbers.
As for Peyton Hillis, he was damn good too. I think he had better footwork than either of those guys, he just wasn't as fast. Very sure hands and VERY, VERY tough (he broke his back and only sat out one game). Eventually he was used to return punts and utilized a lot in play action in the flats. They lined him up at fullback quite a bit, but there were games where he gained over 100 yards rushing in his own right.
Arkansas really had a 3 headed monster with those guys. Even if Nutt hadn't had Felix Jones he still would have had one of the best RB duos of all time.

All I remember about Felix Jones is that it felt like he got 10 yards every time he touched the ball against us. DMac was amazing and had the highlight reel runs, but Felix really killed us. That 2006 game really sticks out to me because I remember we were just getting stomped on the ground in that game and Nutt decided to go all Air Coryell in the last couple of minutes with Casey Dick at at the helm down by 5, and we were able to pull it out. If he had just kept handing off to Mac and Felix, we would most likely have been cooked.

This is a better way to put it. Casey Dick did a better job in our offense blocking for DMac than throwing the ball.

Caddy and Ronnie should be 1

Guice hasn't had the carries to make that assumption. When he has, he's looked legit.

Yeah but Hurd has a much bigger and perfectly manicured cock. Not one hair.
