Can you name the last Heisman winning RB that was a star in the NFL?

Not a whole lot of them

2015 - Derrick Henry (Alabama)
2009 - Mark Ingram (Alabama)
2005 - Reggie Bush (USC)
1999 - Ron Dayne (Wisconsin)
1998 - Ricky Williams (Texas)
1995 - Eddie George (Ohio State)
1988 - Barry Sanders (Oklahoma State)
1985 - Bo Jackson (Auburn)

So, 8 in the last 30 years? Bo, Barry Sanders, and Eddie George were star NFL players (Bo obviously had the injuries). Ricky Williams and Reggie Bush were/are good NFL players. Ingram has been a league average NFL player. Dayne wasn't very good.

He didn't say Heisman running backs were bad.

He said the best didn't win the Heisman.

I would say Bo Jackson and Barry Sanders are the only two "Stars" on your list. One might be one day, and I consider the others as being very good, but not stars.
