Installing speakers, lighting, and two new video boards now. Will look very impressive when completed!

Actually it's to hold the speaker system and cSpire wireless hub.
Should allow much better service in game which is notoriously bad in most stadiums.

Yeah they are putting in bleachers now.
The contractor was showing seat configurations and one of the modules popped up with the remainder of 38 and they said lets go with that one to honor Chucky Mullins with that 38.
Interesting how it just happened by chance, they intentionally chose than configuration over slight variations that would have a few more or less in seating capacity.
