I see it going one of three ways:
1 - Clemson comes in and everything clicks, hadoukens auburn so hard Jordan-Hare stadium goes bald and becomes Jordan Stadium. 45-7
2 - It's the first game of the season in a hostile enviornment, and Clemson has trouble clicking. CU Tigers win a close one. 21-17
3 - 2013 Auburn revisits this team and causes some magical voodoo shite to happen again, perhaps this time Auburn's War Eagle grabs the football after DW4 throws it and carries it to an Auburn safety, who then takes it to the end zone. Because there is no rule against avian help in the official rule book, it is allowed. Auburn wins another "holy shite" game 17-14

Yeh, because 4 turnovers almost always results in givimg up 70 points. Allowing 42 points by halftime and 63 midway through 3rd quarter is clearly the offenses fault. Sounds legit.
And in Kevin Steeles last 3 times as defensive coordinator. He was demoted at Alabama for Kirby, fired at Clemson and spent one at LSU. I don't know what happened at LSU, but the LSU fans sure seem happy that they have Aranda.

I'll be rooting for Auburn but I honestly don't see a scenario where Auburn comes within double digits of Clemson.

I would love to see it but no Auburn player expects anything other than disaster. Malzahn might never again get to eat Waffle House.

That's very unlikely. If those players go into any game expecting a disaster then the entire coaching staff needs to be replaced.
Ultimately, I don't think we have the firepower to hang with Clemson without some breaks, but if Gus doesn't have that team fired-up for a season-opening, night home game against the NC runner-up, then he needs to be canned sooner than later.

Only way Auburn wins is if they can win a shootout with Clemson and no school coming off that much QB uncertainty can win in a shootout that early in the season. I got Clemson by 17
