Does freeze hang on to his job despite his level 1 violation of taking a booster on a recruiting visit?
Posted on 7/8/16 at 10:50 pm to AceLeroy
I would like to see where Freeze had been directly accused of recruiting improperly himself.

Be careful for what you wish..........

It depends on whether or not the NCAA wants to hammer the program and the coach or just the program. If they come down hard on Freeze the way do with basketball coaches lately then Freeze could get a show-cause. I can see Ole Miss fighting to keep Freeze even with a show-cause and letting it ride out under sanction. Of course, depending upon how it all comes down it may be too difficult to keep him.
Too much is really unknown to predict how it all works out in the end.

Isn't in fact in the allegations he visited a recruit with a booster?

If he doesn't he should sue the NCAA for discrimination and bring Emmert down with him. Then we can all sit back and watch Saban and Bama fans fight it out til the end. Ending in Saban with a show clause and Bama 10 years of probation.

So, you've been telling us all is well and have no idea what's even in the NOA. Might wanna read a little before forming an opinion

show clause
Seriously?

10 years of probation
That seems excessive for a non-punishment.

Bruce Pearl got a show cause for far less than this.

A catered breakfast for mom and sister is $102? Slaughter a pig?
Or, catered by Court of Two Sisters in N.O.
That's why the mamas love Coach.

Oh really??? You mean he didn't lie about it which is what got him the show cause? Or was it payback for the shite he pulled by turning in a rival school when he was an assistant at Iowa? Either way you are a lying bitch that is still so butt hurt over a 31 point arse whooping that you pray like an ED loyalist for huge sanctions to be levied against a team you feel shouldn't compete let only stomp the crap out of your shitty school.

The top offense is the big deal... You can't take a booster to recruit with you. The rest of that is no big deal imo
Posted on 7/9/16 at 1:11 am to ABearsFanNMS
So he did take a booster with him on a visit to recruit, right?
