He could sue, but then all the ole miss good ole boys in the Mississippi court system would ban together and further discriminate against him.

So the question is would the Supreme Court hear his case or are they like the rest of the nation and dgaf?

I thought C34 resigned to avoid the whole mess. Could be wrong though

Can anyone prove that he was actually hired? Was he on the job working? Physically on the practice field coaching football ~ Physically preparing his lesson plans for the upcoming school year that starts in a few weeks?

Depends on....

1. If his employment had actually become official(I wasn't officially employed at my current job until the 2nd week due to paperwork).

AND....<---key word

2. He was under a contract.

Mississippi is a right to work state. Employers don't actually need a reason to fire you. A simple "Thank you but your services are no longer needed" is all that the employer would need to say.

And if there was a signed contract...it would be incredibly dumb to not include any sort of "moral/ethical clause" that would enable them to terminate an employee for a number of things including making racist remarks on a public forum.

Really? You think it would be wise to bring even more attention to the racist remarks he made about players AT THAT SCHOOL before he was hired? I think that would be a very bad move on his part.
