I can't stand Hillary Clinton. I think she deserves to be in prison (not a legal judgment, my ethical judgment of her character). But to say that her email actions weren't criminal is factually correct. The FBI investigated and found that they were not criminal.

Saying that something is not criminal is not the same as saying it is ethical. The problem, in my opinion, is that the law is poorly written. It gives people in positions of power too much leniency when they abuse that power and it comes down too hard on people at the bottom of the food chain who are trying to inform the public of unethical/illegal things that our government is doing.

The solution is not to ignore the law and put Hillary Clinton in prison anyway. The solution is to change the law, but that's a lot more difficult than expressing outrage.
