I would say since 1992, yes you could say Florida is 2nd behind Alabama.
But LSU has almost as good an argument.
LSU is maybe the only school in the country that has had a winning season and gone to a bowl game in NINETEEN OF THE LAST TWENTY-ONE YEARS, (winning 12) since 1995, including 16 years IN A ROW.
Who else has come close to that? Oklahoma, Ohio State and Boise State.
In addition to the above, since the beginning of the milennium, LSU has had 4 SEC Titles (in 5 SECCG apps.), 2 National Titles (in 3 NC apps), and nine 10-win or better seasons.
Miles is also in the Top 3 winningest CFB coaches since 2005 - the year he arrived in BR.

Maybe the only school with 19, but UF has had a winning season and bowl game in 20 of the last 21 years.
We had the longest non-losing season streak in the SEC (1979) and 2nd longest bowl streak in the country until the Muschamp debacle of 2013.
