So the NCAA is going to hammer is without undeniable proof? Seems to me they would like to not be sued. Oh but you're one of those that doesn't think the NCAA can't be sued over their punishment and investigation process.

They have a shitload of proof already and getting more and more. The first NOA is bad enough and will get you a bowl ban. And more is coming

Either the ncaa has a ton of evidence or they don't. Safer to assume they have such info rather than he other way around.

I doubt OM will want to taunt the NCAA with a law suit over Lindsay Miller's evidence with "undeniable proof" over a few hundred dollars and some lodging benefits. OM is in no position to poke at the NCAA with a law suit on this minor shite.

I'm not getting into the pissing match going on right now, but this line of thinking is simply wrong.
Todd McNair isn't the first person to sue them. They got sued (and settled out of court) for things they did in the Albert Means/Alabama fiasco too.
They quite simply do what they want and don't DGAF about what may happen later.
